Google Analytics is managed through the admin screens. So we should remove the configuration code (they are in a plugin.)

Also should investigate GA alternatives.

These should be separate bugs.

This change just removes the GA preload; GA is still active and enabled.

Thanks for clarifying that, I was reading the bug as eliminating GA as well as the pre-loaded font.
