Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make sure Firefox's translator is enabled.
  2. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=HVzGixmLAVw
  3. Translate the page.
  4. View more replies to the first comment.

Actual results:

The replies to the comment weren't translated.

Expected results:

The replies to the comment should be translated.

This still reproduces, and may be a mutation observer issue.
