In this bug I'll convert all uses of XPCOMUtils.generateNSGetFactory to ComponentUtils.generateNSGetFactory for bug 1649554, and convert uses of .generateQI to use string argument instead of interface ID arguments.

There may be more to do, or some fallout, so I'll leave this open for now.
