When pressing Shift+Ctrl+End in normal text boxes in all versions of Windows,
the text from the cursor to the end of the text box is selected. For some
reason, this doesn't work in the Compose Mail window.

Also, When pressing Shift+Ctrl+Home in normal text boxes in all versions of
Windows, the text from the cursor to the beginning of the text box is selected.
Doesn't work in the Compose Mail window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the cursor in the middle of a few lines of text
2. Press Shift+Ctrl+End
3. Also try Shift+Ctrl+Home

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
When pressing Shift+Ctrl+End, the text from the cursor upto the end of the
message should be selected. When pressing Shift+Ctrl+Home, the text from the
cursor back to the beginning of the message should be selected.

In normal text boxes in Mozilla, such as web forms, Shift+Ctrl+End works without
any problems. The problem applies only to the Compose Mail window.
