In textareas and editor/composer you can use Ctrl+Shift+Home/End to extend the
selection to the beginning/end of the document. However these keys appear to be
missing from the browser.

My bug 165272, which has been closed as a dup of this one, deals with the
ctrl-shift-end no longer working in the composer window, which seems quite
different to what is being reported here. Are you sure this is a dup?
I also note that PageUp/PageDown no longer work at all, in any window.

Calum, if that is the case, let's not forget that your bug is a dupe of my bug
165260. :)

Yup, agreed. As far as I can see, our two bugs, bug 165260 & bug 165272, are
complaining about the keys suddenly (at least for me, it was working last week;
David?) not working in the editor.
*This* bug 161923 seems to be talking about the keys working fine in the editor,
but not having the same functionality in browser windows, which is almost an RFE
(since I believe we've never had this functionality).
Our bugs need to be in the editor category, but this bug is in browser.
Am I missing something?
