Can not do Copy/Paste in the Subject header and the Mail body

Into day's build 1999-10-15-08 M11 i can not do a copy/paste operation( it is a
regression from the yesterday's build)
Steps to reproduce:
-open new Mail;
-type a text in the Header,
-select it;
press Ctrl+C and try to Ctrl+V into the header or the body;
//note: no results
I think it's the same as http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16513
