This feature baked on early Beta. Product gave us the go-ahead to uplift it to late Beta so it can ride to Release 79.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:

Feature targeting 79. It baked on early beta 79 and is running as an experiment in Release 78. We just need to uplift the toggle to enable the pref on late Beta/Release.
