Note: This is not a dupe of 74553, which talks about selecting messages.
Inside a text area on Navigator, or inside a Message Composition Window, if you
press Shift+PageUp or Shift+PageDown, the cursor should select some text.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Simple (above).
Actual Results:
Nothing.
Expected Results:
Selecting some text.
I have tried to find a bug which explains this issue, but surprisingly I haven't
found any. :?

It is bug 4302 and it looks like it has just been fixed; but the fix seems to
cause bug 165267.
