So far I can't reproduce this locally or on try. Also I don't see any new failure since the 20th, maybe it was fixed?
No idea what might have fixed this though. If it starts coming back, I think we can use another resource than the ROOT_NODE in the test. I'll push a patch here just in case we need to land it.
