STR:
- Options > General > Language > Set Alternatives > Select a language to add > Search for more languages
Actual:
- This converts the "Search for more languages" entry in the "Select a language to add" dropdown to a caption dropdown entry "Available languages" - and that's it.
Expected:
- Offer a list of available language packs for choosing one to add.
Apart from not doing anything, somehow the entire UI around this looks unfinished and clumsy/duplicated. E.g., the Add button looks superfluous: Choosing a language from "Select a language to add" could just add it.

Being able to change application language from inside Thunderbird would make testing other languages easier by order of magnitudes.

It's just that lang-packs aren't on ATN yet. But we shouldn't make them available before 78.2 either (due to OpenPGP string addditions)

Isn't solved in up to 96.0b3 ...
I have to install Thunderbird instances side by side if I need more than one UI language (on some computers up to five times: en, de, es, fr, pt -- whatever students are using these computers.

We don't support lang-packs for beta.
