165509 - changing the outgoing smtp server disables the other panels

First you have to enter into the Outgoing server (SMTP) the hit advanced

when you edit an smtp server, and click ok, when you return to the preferences
panel you won't be able to keep using it, it will get stuck withhtat panel, nor
even to accept the option. You have to hit cancel, and enter again

it's a little thing but if you are updating lots of mailboxes becomes a little
tedious
