User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/84.0.4147.105 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Select an email. Close Thunderbird. RE-open Thunderbird.
Actual results:
Message selected, able to read, respond to etc. Closed Thunderbird. Re-opened Thunderbird. Application opens at the start up screen with topmost email highlighted at the top of the folder list with folders shown on the left. Then have to click on Inbox. No message is selected.
Expected results:
Thunderbird should have opened with the last folder used.

from referenced post: On trunk we fixed this, so that if you untick the "When Thunderbird launches show the Start Page .... ". If unticked it will go to the first message instead.
This does not work... the checkbox IS deselected...
