Expected results:

I suffer from the Yahoo 8bit problem described here
https://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Jorgk/8-bit_bytes_and_e-mail_corruption_at_Verizon,_Yahoo,_etc.

but I also have other accounts with smtp server that can handle 8bit mail.

To send smtp mail to yahoo, I need to set mail.strictly_mime = True

For other smtp servers, mail.strictly_mime = False works fine

This setting should be per-smtp-server and not global, because different smtp servers have different problems.
