Please deploy syncstorage-rs 0.5.4 to STAGE only. This is to test client behaviour related to the sync quota and we'll rollback our changes once complete.

We need to deploy with an extra config value set: limits.debug_client=157673256.

Once this is complete, I'll start manual testing via 1655531

Can I get one small update, it looks like I sent you a syncid that was created against a prod account, not staging. Could you use limits.debug_client=6384991 instead? Sorry for the back and forth :)
