As a follow up to 1657157, we have a small change included in 0.5.5 that should make this testable against staging. I've marked this as a P1 mainly because it would be good to verify that we don't need client changes soon since we'd need to take release train schedule into account in the event that we do.

Can you apply the config limits.debug_client=6384991 to staging? I think the storage key is the right place to apply - let's try that again with 0.5.5?

Once this is complete, I'll start manual testing via 1655531

That configuration value is in the deployment code for sync so we just need the automation to deploy v0.5.5

And just to get this into Bugzilla for the record it's actually SYNC_LIMITS__DEBUG_CLIENT.
