Steps to reproduce:
Play a Youtube video
Actual results:
Video appears noticeably more jagged, even on the same quality setting
Strangely enough using Firefox screenshot or right click > "save snapshot as..." still appear smooth as before
Expected results:
Video appears smooth as before
Mozgregression points to: Bug 1653409 - Set ImageBitmap's picture rect using the picture rect of layers::Image, not the size. r=mstange

hi, thank you for the report - it looks very similar to bug 1657428 where devs are already working on a patch, so i assume it's the same underlying issue.
