1658342 - Enable fission.remoteObjectEmbed by default

In bug 1614524, basic support for <object> and <embed> elements in Fission will be added behind a pref, however they are still too broken to enable by default. This bug tracks enabling the pref by default.

Upgrading to P2. We can't make this happen until at least bug 1658343 has been fixed, though we may be able to skip the tests for bug 1658097 for now.

This also disables the cross-origin resource timing test when Fission is
enabled, as resource timing is is broken for cross-origin frames (bug 1658097).
