Steps to reproduce:
- Open a web page with a text area or text field
- Begin typing, ensuring that your cursor is inside of a text field
- Do control/command-p
- Hit escape
- Keep typing
What happens:
Firefox lost your cursor and nothing is typed.
Expected result:
I should be able to continue typing where I was.

This is particularly annoying for screen reader and keyboard only users because of their reliance on the keyboard. Any focus loss is thus super annoying at best, downright confusing at worst (the user might not know how to "restore" focus from limbo).

This appears to work correctly with the TabDialogBox
patch from bug 1653317 applied.

Confirming the fix on latest Nightly, build ID: 20200823211533.
Verified on Windows 10x64, Ubuntu 20.04 x64 and macOS 10.15.
