1659989 - firefox 76+ with plugin like ubloc load forever some pages (bugzilla)

Steps to reproduce:

hi,
on modern firefox with some plugin actived some page (in my case a bugzilla) run forever and never finish. For exemple it happen on these page -> https://www.renogarfield.net/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=__open__&no_redirect=1&order=Importance&query_format=specific

Actual results:

with a firefox 76 or newer with some plugin actived (it append from "simple tag group", "ubloc origin", "adbloc ultimate" for exemple) page indicated are displaying but never stop to load.
If no plugin is actived (actived on browser, not site based) it alway finish
i tested with differente version of firefox with new profile, 70, 75, 750b9 has not the probleme
firefox 76, 77, 78, 78esr, 81 testing has the probleme

with no extension actived the page load correcty from every browser

probleme append with different system, has tested an archlinux, ubuntu, debian, windows-10

i tested on differente version of bugzilla, an old 4.2 and a modern 5.0.6 on different server, systeme are centos (7 or 8). The url here (https://www.renogarfield.net/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=__open__&no_redirect=1&order=Importance&query_format=specific) is a basic bugzilla on a centos-7 (ovh modified) with no mod.

since it happen explicitely on different (similare) plugin and only after firefox-76 i suspect sommething on the firefox api...

note: no problem on this bugzilla

Expected results:

the page should load and finish with or without plugin

I was able to reproduce this issue following the steps from bug description and with only one addon installed(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/) . I can also confirm that without the addon, the page is loaded.

I will attach a console capture with the console error.

I performed a bisection with following results:

Hi Matt,
would you mind to take a look to this issue? it seems to be due to a regression from Bug 1600211 (I see that we do have another issue related to a regression introduced from the same change, Bug 1638422, which does have some patches attached, but I'm not sure if the two may be related or not)
