These menu items (under Tools > Developer Tools on the main menu and the same place on the appmenu) do exactly the same thing as their "Debug Add-Ons" neighbours. We should remove them.

Removed the toolbarbutton(s) and entity so that "Content Frame Debugger" does not appear in the toolbar menu

I am interested in picking up another one. Do you happen to have any in mind that focus on JavaScript? I am working on my JS and would love to focus on that if possible.
