frontend code shouldn't have unrooted JSAtom* pointer now, and we shouldn't use AutoKeepAtoms there.
the underlying code of AutoKeepAtoms should be removed in bug 1205132, maybe at the same time as removing JSRuntime::offThreadParsesRunning_, that will still be used conditionally on useOffThreadParseGlobal
