Print dialog should be modal

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla mail.
2. Select one letter.
3. Press print button
4. Press again on selected message ( print dialog hides unter mozilla mail window )
5. Double click on some message ( now message must open in new window,but doesn't )
6. Close mozilla mail and now i see print dialog and when i close it, i see new
message window.

I believe I can reproduce this problem. When going to File | Print (or however
you choose to invoke the Print dialog), the dialog is non-modal. This occurs
whether the message is in the preview pane or opened in its own window. (Windows XP)

The print dialog is modal for me in the browser.

I could not find any duplicates; I can probably confirm this, but I'm interested
to hear if anyone else has any comments first--and feel free to change the OS if
this is not Win32-specific.

I'm going to go ahead and confirm this. Bug 93617, a couple years old by now,
mentioned this problem with ALL print dialogs in Linux, but this one appears to
affect Windows and only in mozilla -mail. Bug 90997, also a couple years old,
mentioned a problem with *all* modal dialogs, but that again appeared to be on
Linux only--unless that field in the bug was just never changed. But, in any
case, it was fixed.

So, here we go. :)
