toggleReaderMode does some navigation based on whether Reader Mode is on or not, which uses Session History. When SessionHistory moves to the parent process this becomes problematic, and we had to jump through some hoops in bug 1662410 to fix this.

Instead we should move more of toggling Reader Mode to the parent.
