https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1605642#c7 might be relevant in WONTFIXing this bug.
In that bug the glyphs shimmer a bit, but the positioning is stable. Here the glyphs are actually moving up and down. That is much more concerning.
