The new phabricator emails currently do not respect the "Email Deliver > Self Actions" setting. Instead, users are never emailed about the actions they commit.

This will confuse users who have the "Self Actions" setting enabled, but aren't receiving their own emails.

I got confused about this just now. I use "Self Actions" to have the whole conversation in my inbox. But anyhow glad this was on file already :)
