This bug for now is just a placeholder for our future efforts on this API. We will most probably not be able to work on this by the end of 2020. The component's choice is mostly reflecting the lack of a specific component for this API.

Am I assuming right that we want bug 1738438 fixed before we enable the pref in bug 1739233 ? Or are we already ready for enable?
