This looks like bug 1526207 again. Is RTCRtpSender-replaceTrack.https.html failing again as well?

We enabled this test in an earlier beta in bug 1645679 from observation that it was passing in beta but not nightly for some reason that was never clear to me. With that nightly now being the new beta I guess it makes sense it's consistently failing now.
