Details
Steps to reproduce:

Setup Windows10 Japanese Version
-
Set "Window Display Language" to "English(United States)" from Settings of Start Menu
-
Restart Windows10 if any
-
Open Firefox and about:preferences
-
Expand Font dropdown
Actual results:
Some font name display in Japanese. e.g. メイリオ, MS Pゴシック, etc.
Expected Results:
The font name should honor "Window display language".
i.e. font name should display in English(Window display language).

Languages > "App & Websites" should also set "English(United States)"
