popup corruption
When popup is opened for the first time, it's partially broken. It's reproducible on GLX only, I can't reproduce it on EGL or Wayland.
I have Radeon RX 570 Series with 4.6 (Compatibility Profile) Mesa 20.1.8.

That's bug 1656211, in rare cases it can also occur with Basic.
bug 1650246 comment 8 and bug 1502519 comment 26 could be related.
