Seems like our DEV pool of workers is way behind the PROD and FAKE-PROD counterparts. We should bring them up to date so that we can easily test changes across all projects/trees.

1. Identify all DEV workers missing
2. Add them

Adding a new worker entails changes in SOPS, cloudops-infra and k8s-autoscale repository.

I created the cliendId https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/auth/clients/project%2Freleng%2Fscriptworker%2Fbeetmover%2Fdev%2Ffirefoxci-mobile-1 and put its token in SOPS.

the dev scriptworkers going out of sync with prod is not a big deal, we can just sync them before we start working with them. As for the dev workers, we can spin them up as we need them
