Note

• When the user shares a window and then minimizes it, the other call spectators will observe a frozen image of the minimization animation from Mac OS.

Affected versions

• Nightly v83.0a1

Affected platforms

• Mac OS 10.15

Steps to reproduce

1. Engage in a WebRTC conference call.
2. Share a window.
3. Minimize it.
4. Observe a spectator's screen.

Expected result

• The window is still shared and correctly displayed.

Actual result

• The spectators see a frozen image of the window's minimization animation.

Regression range

• This is NOT a recent regression, but an issue older than v70.

Additional notes

• This issue does NOT occur on the Windows platform.
