Rerunning these failed android-components tasks from Treeherder fails (gets stuck at 'Getting available actions...').

Is the decision task id only provided for some kinds of tasks (e.g. for reference-browser, loading the actions works for ui-test tasks but not for builds)? Please move to Treeherder if appropriate.

I'm guessing that points to a treeherder bug, yes.
