strip flag is moved to moz.configure by bug 1639815, but js/src/old-configure.in still has STRIP="$STRIP -x -S" in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/919607a3610222099fbfb0113c98b77888ebcbfb/js/src/old-configure.in#436.

strip flag is moved to moz.configure by bug 1639815, but js/src/old-configure.in
still sets this flag on Darwin.
