on sent per smtp: when server ask vor cert auth, i cant choose no cert and "never ask again"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. use office365 account
  2. import a smime certificate
  3. send email
  4. activate checkbox "never ask again"
  5. cant choose "none" to save "never ask again"

Actual results:

The Mailserver asks for auth per certificate popup open
the smime cert ist listed there
i can only click "cancel" to not use cert auth

Expected results:

in dropdown box there should be listed "none", to check "never ask again" and click ok button
