DMA-Buf/VA-API can't be used, WebRender/DMA-Buf is disabled
On Linux, WebRender is so far only enabled on Nightly. On Stable you need to set gfx.webrender.all to true to force-enable WebRender.
I did, it doesn't want to work for some reason tho /shrug

PopOS enabled unmaintained legacy gfx.xrender.enabled by default in their Firefox which force-disables WebRender.
