TO, Cc, Bcc field name disappears from view if several recipients added and scroll enabled.

Enter several email addresses in a eg: TO field.
As names are added, the vertical scrollbar is enabled.
The 'TO' field name is at the top left adjacent to the first entry but not in the actual list. As you scroll the 'TO' also scrolls out of view, so looks like it has disappeared.
I would expect to 'TO' field name to remain in view - below the 'From' - as I scroll down/up all recipients in the TO field. I would not expect the 'TO' field name to scroll up and disappear.
I would expect that 'TO' field name to remain displayed until I have scrolled down to the 'Cc' section.
At which point the 'TO' field name should remain with an indication there is a list eg: an up arrow.
The next section containing 'Cc' should then be displayed and as you scroll down list, the 'Cc' field name remains visible.
So the view looks like this.... below 'From' is 'TO' with arrow indicating hidden list followed by 'Cc' displaying email address of those in Cc.
If you have TO and/or Cc and/or Bcc etc and several contacts, it can become difficult to know whether they were in a TO or Cc field because those 'TO, Cc' etc are not visible.
At the moment it is possible to see 'From' followed by 'Subject' and a list of email addresses in between and not be able to instantly see whether they are TO, Cc or anything.
I'm suggesting an enhancement is required now that this new format has been adopted.
