1674832 - Use the AAudio backend by default

Plan is as follows:

• Step 1: Land with it disabled, a couple of people enable it in nightly via a pref, browse the web normally, this is bug 1674825
• Step 2: Enable it by default on Firefox, via an in-tree patch (this bug)
• Step 3: Land a patch in upstream cubeb to make it the default, maybe with a version check (we've heard that it doesn't work too well on Android 8, but this has not been verified), this will be handled via a regular libcubeb update

It would be ideal to have reliable telemetry for step 2, this is being looked at by :chunmin in bug 1671714.

We'd like to understand the success/failures of initializing this new backend, and opening streams with it.
