Window size wrong with Windows 10, Resizeable impossible

Steps to reproduce:
Run Current Version of Thunderbird on Windows 10.
Don't know of any Trigger for the issue.
Thunderbird Version is 78.4.0 (64-Bit)
Windows Version is 10 Version 2004 Build 19041.572
Actual results:
Today I wondered why my Calendar does not show the last row of days. Then I recognized that also the status bar at the bottom is not visible.
The maximize button does not fit the window on screen, the bottom is outside screen.
Also Windows Key + Left or Right does not make the bottom of the window appear, it uses the half of the screen, like expected but the bottom is outside screen.
Using the mouse and trying to grab the top border of the window and pull it down does not work. As soon as one grabs the border and try to pull, the whole window jumps down without resizing.
Firefox and all other programs work like expected.
Windows Restart has not solved the Problem
Thunderbird Version is 78.4.0 (64-Bit)
Windows Version is 10 Version 2004 Build 19041.572
Expected results:
Window resize should work.

After installtion of Cardbook 53.5 it's resolved. It seems to be an issue with version 53.4

Only thing I wonder is, why does Thunderbird update check not showing the new version of Cardbook.
I have checked for Updates before posting this bug report and also now after reading the comment about Cardbook.
So I had to manually download the update for Cardbook with Firefox and install it from File in Thunderbird...

Yes same here. It automatically updated to v53.4 but not to v53.5. Maybe because both versions published today.
I disabled auto update and press "search for new update" then it was installed.
Strange - I still have Cardbook 53.2 with TB 78.4.0(64) under Win 10/64and don't see any problems.
