Pretty similar to bug 1640852 for Windows, but on Mac here. According to BHR data, we seem to hang when SessionStore calls GetWorkspaceID.

In BHR data from November 3rd, this is about 0.04% of the total hang time, but seems to be about 1% of the hang time reported on Mac.

Setting this to fxperf:p2 since this is basically the Mac version of the fxperf:p2 Windows bug.
