User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0

Steps to reproduce:

With the "catch all" feature (implemented in bug 1518025), when the From: email (in compose window) is taken from the mail we reply to, only the email address is set in the From: field. It could also use the Name that is specified in the identity that has the option "Reply from this identity when delivery headers match" checked.

To reproduce, go to an identity, check the "Reply from this identity when delivery headers match".
Reply to an email that will use the "catch all" feature.
In the compose window, you will notice it will only display the email address in the "From" field (the email determined by "Catch All")

I would have expected the "From" field to be the name in the identity + the email determined by "Catch All"

If the user doesn't want a name displayed, he would just have to leave the Name field of the identity empty.
