User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:84.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to any site and Use it in App Mode
• Move the shortcut from desktop to "%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" - start menu folder
• pin it to start

Actual results:

The tile shows favicon on the list, but firefox logo on the tile

Expected results:

Tile should show the website favicon
