User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.198 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
load a message in it's own window/tab
All tags are shown
Select one using the assigned number (1,2 etc)
The rest of the tags disappear
Actual results:
The rest of the tags disappear
If you reselect with the number again in effect removing the tag, the entire tag area is blank
Expected results:
The tags should remain visible at all times
Former behavior colored the selected tags and moved them to the left
This is new behavior with 78.5.0

I observe this and other related tag bugs on Windows 32 bit 78.11.0 as well. The bug is new to me sometime in the last year; it worked properly up to about a year ago.
