Steps to reproduce:
Bookmarks bar is shown when on New Tab Page
Actual results:
when clicking/typing an address the bookmarks bar is still shown
Expected results:
After typing/clicking a website address, the bookmarks bar hides until a new tab page opens
There should a third option (alongside show/hide) of 'show only on new tab page'/ 'show only when opening a new tab'
