When there is no high or low quality logo, the icons in the top sites section will use a tilted ascii character with a semi-random background color.

I have verified this enhancement and I can confirm that the new "Top Sites" letter icon respects the available specifications.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (86.0a1 Build ID - 20210117214903) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20 x64.
