Steps to reproduce:

Open a new tab and navigate to somewhere on the internet.

Actual results:

Scrambled letters, see the screen cast. Cannot reproduce consistently.

Expected results:

Letters should show correctly.

I can't reproduce on macOS 10.15 using the URL in comment 3. This looks like a Graphics issue -- potentially an issue with WebRender on Linux? Let's see what the WebRender team thinks.
