Steps to reproduce:

close tabs to the right should not require a sub menu. This is a major pain point for people who use many tabs. It makes me want to switch back to Chrome or edge.

Actual results:

Someone thought it was smart to add a sub menu for close tabs... that is fine, but the close tabs to the right is used so often that it needs to be elevated to not be part of a submenu. Reprimand that genius.

Expected results:

Similar to all other browsers, I want to be able to do a fast and less error prone close tabs to the right.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
