We need a new canonical.html file added to the storage bucket for detectportal.firefox.com
The content of the file should be exactly: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=http://mzl.la/cp"/>
The old success.txt should not be changed, as that's still in use by older versions - until bug 1433500 rides the trains.
