+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1682513 +++

The contents of the canonical.html file added to the storage bucket for detectportal.firefox.com in bug 1682513 should be changed to:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=https://support.mozilla.org/kb/captive-portal"/>
