Remove Thunderbird usage of the XUL valign attribute, like bug 1683292.

Note that valign exists in html, so only XUL usage should be removed. Appears to only have some in mailnews: https://searchfox.org/comm-central/search?q=valign&path=mailnews&case=true&regexp=false (6, well 5 relevant hits)

The attribute has no effect on the styling.
