With Bug 1678728 , we have remotely configured help text available in multistage template. Scope of this bug is to add remotely configured image icons inside help text

Localized text makes adding icons inside help text especially tricky. Adding a fixed placement beginning or end of help text will not be useful for most of the cases. Till there is pressing use case of showing icons, updating scope of the bug to support links inside help text.

I have verified this enhancement using the JSON provided here and I can confirm that the "Containers" icon is successfully displayed inside the help text.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (88.0a1 Build ID - 20210312033752) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20 x64.
